Meet John Morton

I’m John Morton, owner of Nailed It Property Management LLC, a veteran-owned remodeling and home improvement company serving the Greensboro area.

I grew up on a farm in rural North Carolina, where resourcefulness, responsibility, and hands-on work were part of daily life. Those early experiences shaped my approach to solving problems and taking pride in a job well done.

My background includes service in the U.S. Army, eight years of experience as a diesel mechanic, and 12 years in construction, including work as a commercial construction builder. That experience gives me a practical understanding of how things are built and the attention to detail needed to do the work well.

My wife and I moved to Oak Ridge in 2015 and later settled in Stokesdale. We have two children attending UNC Wilmington, and our family is proud to call this area home.

I built Nailed It around a straightforward commitment: thoughtful workmanship, clear communication, and respect for each customer’s home. From remodeling to property maintenance, I bring a practical eye for detail and a personal investment in the finished result.
